surgery tomorrow

For the last two weeks I've been having a severe pain in my upper left abdomen and after 2 apparently WASTED trips to the E.R. I went to Dr. Freeman and he thinks it's something like an internal hernia where my bowels are twisting and when I eat the food is getting stuck and causing the pain. He explained it and I understand it but I don't know how to explain it. I saw him Monday and he didn't want me to come home-he wanted to do surgery then. So he's gonna go in and see what's up and fix it hopefully. I know it's not major surgery but I'm still worried. The good thing about all this (I guess) is that I've lost 15 pounds and am only 15 pounds from my goal now. I was SO scared to eat the last few days. This is gonna put more of a HUGE financial strain on us with me being off one of my jobs for 2 weeks. I'm gonna go ahead and go back to my day job Tuesday since it's just sitting on the phone all day. It's commission only so I really hope I can get some money next week. Can ya'll spare a few prayers for me that it'll go good, he'll fix it, and we'll be able to keep at least our lights on and food on the table??? Thanks in advance :)
